This website is owned and operated by Rustic Warehouse Norfolk Limited, and our return procedures fully comply with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Because our catalog includes premium furniture and large-scale interior pieces, items must be handled with appropriate care.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a transparent, straightforward 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original retail packaging. You will also need to provide your order number or valid proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Wold & Ware will cover the full cost of the return and provide a complimentary replacement or full refund. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Change of Mind Returns: For standard returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked packages.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customisation laws:
  • Personal care and beauty products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Custom or personalized furniture items.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods.
In full compliance with UK consumer law, items bought on sale are completely eligible for returns and refunds under our standard 30-day policy. Gift cards remain non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item once approved, and place a new order separately through our storefront.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return has been received and inspected at our Norfolk warehouse facility, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require a short additional processing window to clear the funds into your account.
