Colours, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings, photography lighting, and manufacturing tolerances. If an administrative error occurs regarding a product's description or pricing, we will notify you immediately before dispatching the order to rectify the issue or issue a full refund.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice to account for stock fluctuations or supplier rate changes. In accordance with United Kingdom regulations, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Posted prices do not include shipping costs, which are explicitly defined upfront in our Shipping Policy and displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. All orders placed with Wold & Ware are processed and shipped in strict alignment with our live Shipping Policy. Total delivery times consist of an order processing window (1–3 business days, Monday to Friday) and carrier transit times (5–10 business days, Monday to Friday), which are clearly displayed to you before purchasing.

Standard UK Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.99, and Heavy / Oversized Items are charged at a flat rate of £19.99. In full compliance with the United Kingdom Consumer Rights Act 2015, Wold & Ware retains full responsibility and risk of loss for all items until they are successfully delivered to your specified delivery address.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in strict accordance with our live Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. In complete compliance with United Kingdom and European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of delivery for any reason without justification.

For standard returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Wold & Ware will cover the full cost of the return.

Our Service, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, and website design elements are owned by Rustic Warehouse Norfolk Limited (trading as Wold & Ware), its affiliates or licensors and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
